When you send a project enquiry, we receive your name, email address, and the service, location and project details you provide. A company name and telephone number are optional. We also record your acknowledgement of this notice. Please do not send banking details, tax numbers, identity documents or other sensitive information through the enquiry form.
Our hosting and form provider, Netlify, may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the website and filter spam.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss scope and availability, prepare a quotation and manage the business relationship you request. Security information supports hosting, service reliability and abuse prevention. We do not use the enquiry form to subscribe you to marketing.
Sharing and international processing
Enquiries are processed through Netlify Forms and made available to authorised company personnel. Hosting and form processing may involve service providers and infrastructure outside South Africa. We use those services to operate this website and handle your request. Relevant provider information is available in Netlify’s privacy statement. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to professional advisers handling a relevant business matter.
Keeping information
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting quotation, contract or legal recordkeeping duties. You may contact us to ask whether a closed enquiry can be deleted. We aim to limit access to people who need the information for those purposes.

This website does not add advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party font requests. Its excavator game runs in your browser without an account, saved high scores or sending gameplay data to us. Hosting protection or a hosting sign-in page may use essential security cookies. A Maps link opens Google Maps only when you choose it; that service has its own privacy terms.
