We’re Apex Civil Works. A Keimoes-based team bringing civil infrastructure, heavy machinery and material transport together.
Led by founder and sole director Torido Paul Williams, our business draws on practical experience in heavy transport, site logistics and machinery operations through TP Williams Transport.
Our purpose is straightforward: deliver reliable civil infrastructure, bulk material supply and plant solutions, with safety, quality and operational efficiency at the centre of every job.

Site-specific safety files, risk assessments, method statements and toolbox talks. PPE enforcement, operator certification, COIDA compliance and incident reporting form part of our stated safety approach under OHSA and the Construction Regulations.
Quality in the detail
Material selection to SANS standards, G5/G7 aggregates, compaction density testing support, on-site supervision and direct quality checks, with delivery and close-out reporting against client specifications.
Local, accountable leadership
Direct involvement in contract management, fleet allocation and client relationships. A Keimoes base, a transport background and a practical understanding of working in the Northern Cape.

He oversees strategic business direction and contract management, plant allocation, client relations and stakeholder engagement.
